Responsibilities:

Manage the full post-production process end-to-end — from graphic design to final video editing and sound mixing.

Create engaging ad creatives using both AI tools (Runway, Pika, Midjourney, Kaiber, etc.) and classic Adobe software.

Develop motion graphics, animations, intros/outros, captions, and branded visual elements for videos.

Edit promotional, content, and social media videos with attention to color grading, sound, and pacing.

Collaborate closely with content producers, marketing, and design teams to bring creative ideas to life.

Take part in brainstorm sessions and contribute fresh visual concepts for campaigns and content.

Prepare final video assets for publishing — rendering, formatting for platforms, and quality control.
Requirements:

Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Figma.

Strong understanding of the full post-production cycle: graphics, editing, color correction, and sound.

Experience creating motion graphics and animation.

Familiarity with AI-powered video tools (Runway, Pika, Kaiber, etc.).

Solid grasp of composition, color, typography, and animation principles.

Creativity and the ability to adapt visual style to the brand’s tone of voice.

A strong sense of aesthetics, especially for lifestyle, beauty, and fashion content.
