About the role

Head of Performance Marketing (CMO-level)

Location: Dubai, UAE (on-site)

Noble Life is a profitable travel & experiences business operating in the UAE. The company owns and operates real offline assets (desert safari, dinner cruises, buggy experiences) and is building a marketplace model on top of these products.

Marketing is already active and revenue-generating through multiple external agencies. The next phase is to centralize the function, ensure transparency in unit economics, and build an internal team accountable for measurable results.

In this role, you will take ownership of marketing performance and its contribution to overall business growth. This is a CMO-level position with strategic and operational responsibility.

What will you do:

  • Take full ownership of marketing performance and growth targets.
  • Centralize and manage external agencies across performance marketing, SEO, content, PR, and brand.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with business objectives.
  • Own marketing budgets, channel prioritization, and resource allocation.
  • Define KPIs for agencies, evaluate performance, and make data-driven decisions on scaling and optimization.
  • Design and build the internal marketing team structure and hiring roadmap.
  • Collaborate closely with the CEO and executive team as a strategic partner in business growth.

About you:

  • Senior marketing leader at the level of Head of Marketing / Head of Growth / CMO.
  • Proven experience leading marketing or growth functions in marketplaces or complex B2C / B2B2C products with clear unit economics.
  • Strong understanding of CAC, LTV, ROMI, and channel efficiency.
  • Experience managing substantial marketing budgets and coordinating multiple agencies simultaneously.
  • Ability to challenge agencies and make decisions grounded in data.
  • Broad marketing expertise across paid acquisition, SEO, content, PR, brand, and lifecycle marketing.
  • Experience building or strong motivation to build and lead an internal marketing team.
  • Strong ownership mindset and focus on measurable business outcomes.
  • Based in or ready to relocate to the UAE.

This is a CMO-level leadership role titled Head of Performance Marketing. The role directly drives business performance and long-term marketing strategy. As the business scales, the role evolves into leading a fully in-house marketing organization.
